We loved staying at Thomas and Cynthia's place. The sauna and Wood-Fired hot tub were highlights. We loved the peaceful backyard and the well-stopped kitchen. It was a great escape for the weekend.

We stayed here for about ten days and it was a great place to come back to throughout the day. The hosts were responsive to questions while also being very conscious of our privacy (being very clear if they needed to stop by the property for something). We had our dog with us and it was great to have the small grassy area at the back for her, as well as the neighborhood being a quiet place to take a walk. We did have more than one car and it was very easy to go online for Forest Park to register our car for overnight parking on the street.

This was the perfect place for our multigenerational family to gather for our daughter's college graduation. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepared meals for our family, and three floors gave us privacy and quiet bedrooms. The garage was a nice bonus as street parking can be challenging in Chicago. Groceries around the corner and Andersonville's great shopping also great!

AMAZING! Absolutely loved and will be booking again! So spacious and several amenities! Loved the variety of kitchen utilities (coffee maker/ toaster/ etc) Roku TVs were great. Parking permits are provided for street parking which is amazing! The shower and spa were a plus as well as the cozy deck seating. There were several restaurants and coffee shops to walk to nearby!

Amazing stay — clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The place was well-maintained, cozy, and had everything needed for a smooth trip. Great location and easy check-in process. The host was responsive, friendly, and made everything simple. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend to others.

We had a great time in Chicago and our stay at Thomas and Cynthia's was perfect for us! The neighborhood felt safe and we enjoyed the local coffee shop, and small dive bar nearby. The unit was very clean and spacious, plenty of room for all three of us to feel comfortable. It was just a short walk from the subway stop, which was important for us to get around to both downtown Chicago and Wrigley Field. Every time we messaged Thomas and Cynthia, they responded promptly and assisted with what we needed. We would recommend to anyone looking for a place just outside the city downtown looking to explore Chicago!

We stayed for a week for family vacation. The place was a quick drive to lots of things to do. We had difficulty getting in the gate and the host was very responsive despite our very late check in time. Would definitely stay here again if traveling to the Chicago area.

We had a wonderful stay here with our family, including kids, and it truly felt like the perfect home base for our trip. The space was clean, beautifully designed, and had plenty of room for everyone to spread out and relax. The layout worked especially well for a group with children, and the extra amenities like the game room were a huge hit. The location was great, making it easy to explore while still enjoying a quiet, comfortable neighborhood feel. The host was also fantastic, very responsive, welcoming, and made everything seamless from start to finish. Overall, a great place with a great host, and we would absolutely stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay over the Easter weekend. The house is exactly as pictured—beautifully maintained, very clean, and incredibly cozy. The location is peaceful and perfect for relaxing while still enjoying the surrounding area. The spaces are well organized, and we especially appreciated the baby amenities—particularly the high chair, which was excellent quality and very convenient. Overall, a very positive experience—we would gladly come back!
